Step 1: Submitting a complaint for the first time
Call us at 1800-258-8181 or send us an e-mail of your grievance at email@example.com. To help us serve you better, please mention your Customer ID/Account number and your contact information. Alternately, you may contact the Branch Head of your branch, in person or fill the below form
Step 2: If you are not satisfied with the first response, you may escalate the matter to the Cluster Head. Please find attached here the Cluster Head assigned to your branch.
Step 3: If you are still not satisfied with the resolution you receive, you may escalate the matter to the Nodal Officer at Head Office:
