        • Can multiple users under a corporate have the same mobile number and email ID?

          No. All users within a corporate must have unique mobile numbers and email IDs.
        • What does the term Maker and Checker mean in Corporate Internet Banking?

          For effective control and monitoring, Bandhan Bank’s CIB facility brings to you the 'Maker and Checker' concept for completing a transaction.

          The Maker - has viewing rights and can initiate transactions.
          The Checker - has viewing rights and approves transactions initiated by maker.
        • How do I delete an existing user of CIB facility?

          For deleting an existing user, you are required to place a request at your base branch. You are required to submit a CIB user deletion form along with a request letter on the Company’s letterhead signed by the authorized signatory
        • How will I know if my CIB request has been processed?

          Once your CIB application has been processed, you will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number with your login credentials.

          Both Maker and Checker will individually receive login credentials on their registered email IDs from internetbanking@bandhanbank.com.
        • Whom should I contact to check on the status of my CIB application?

          To check the status of your CIB application, please contact your base branch or your Relationship Manager.
        • Is it necessary to enter your mobile number and email ID in the CIB form?

          Yes, it is mandatory to enter your mobile number and email ID in the CIB form.
        • Is it possible to register an international mobile number?

          No, it is not possible to register an international mobile number, as of now.
        • I am a new user. How will I receive my CIB credentials?

          You will receive your Corporate Internet Banking credentials containing corporate ID, net banking ID and current login password and authorisation password on your registered email ID sent from internetbanking@bandhanbank.com.

          In case you do not receive the credentials in their inbox, please check your spam box for same. Else, please contact your base branch to inquire about your login credentials.
        • What does corporate ID and net banking ID mean?

          For security purposes, Bandhan Bank’s CIB facility has a two-level login. For each entity a unique "Corporate ID" is issued and for all users under the Corporate, individual net banking IDs and passwords are issued.
        • Are Corporate ID and Login ID case sensitive?

          Yes, Corporate ID and net banking ID are case sensitive.
        • What happens when I login for the first time in CIB?

          When you login into CIB for the first time, the system will automatically prompt for a change of password and to select Secure Access image and caption.
        • What is Secure Access Image and Caption?

          Secure Access is a combination of image and caption which lets you know that you are logging into the correct Corporate Internet Banking platform.

          For a first time user, the Secure Access image and caption is not shown. After successful login, the system will automatically prompt for change of password and to set Secure Access image and caption.

          The Secure Access image and caption registration process is:
          1. Type a secret answer which you can easily remember
          2. Select an image category from the dropdown and correspondingly choose the Secure image.
        • Why am I unable to log onto Bandhan Bank’s CIB facility?

          The various reasons are:
          • You may be entering the wrong corporate ID or net banking ID. Kindly check the details and try again
          • The corporate ID, net banking ID are case sensitive. Please ensure the Caps Lock button is off.
          • You are not entering the correct password. Ensure the Caps Lock button is off.
          • You may not have checked the Secure Access image and caption checkbox before pressing the submit button.
          • You may have locked your corporate ID by making three unsuccessful login attempts.

        • Why am I unable to use my old or new password?

          • You are not entering the correct password OR
          • You have made three unsuccessful login attempts and the Corporate ID has been locked out for security reasons.
        • Why did my corporate ID get locked? How can I unlock my corporate ID?

          As a security feature, if you make three wrong login attempts then your Corporate ID will be locked.

          To unlock a corporate ID, you are required to send an email from your registered email ID mentioning your customer ID and account number to customercare@bandhanbank.com or you can visit your base branch and request unlocking of the corporate ID.
        • What is the process to be followed in case I have forgotten my password?

          The steps for resetting your password are:
          • Step.1 On the CIB pre-login screen,select the hyperlink ‘Forgot Password’ which will navigate you to the ‘CIB-Reset Password’ page. Kindly enter your corporate ID, net banking ID, registered email ID and registered mobile number.
          • Step.2 On successful validation, a password reset link will be sent to your registered email ID.
          • Step.3 Click on the password reset URL link provided in the mail. You will be redirected to the password reset page. Please set a new password and enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number.
          • Step.4 On successful validation of the OTP, the new password will be set successfully.
        • What are the rules for setting login and authorisation passwords?

          The rules for setting passwords are:
          • Login and transaction password should not be same
          • Password should have a minimum of 8 characters and a maximum of 15 characters
          • Password should contain at least 1 upper case alphabet
          • Password should contain at least 1 lower case alphabet
          • Password should contain at least 1 numeric character

        • Is it possible to schedule a fund transfer?

          Yes, you can schedule a transaction via CIB. The payment will get executed on the future time, as specified.
        • What are the funds transfer limits in CIB?

          By default, the limits on Bandhan Bank’s CIB platform are:
          • At transaction level the limit is INR 10 lakh
          • At account level the limit is INR 1 crore per day
          However, for enhancing your transaction-wise transfer limit or account level-wise transfer limit, then you are required to submit a change request letter on your company’s letterhead at your nearest branch.
        • Within how many days should a transaction be approved by authoriser?

          The transactions should be approved on the same day by the authoriser.
        • Can I use Corporate Internet Banking (CIB) for international fund transfers?

          No, as of now, international funds transfer facility is not available.
        • What if I do not receive the OTP on my registered mobile number?

          You are requested to call on our customer care number and check if your registered mobile number is correct. If the mobile number is incorrect, please visit your nearest Bandhan Bank branch with a request letter on the letterhead of your company.
        • How secure is Bandhan Bank’s Corporate Internet Banking?

          The security of your accounts is our top priority. Bandhan Bank uses the latest technology with robust security methods, including 128-bits SSL encryption, firewalls, and access blocking in case of repeated incorrect password entry, to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal and financial information.

          Other features include a separate login ID and password (exclusively owned by you); the Bank cannot access this ID or password. Back and forward buttons are disabled for enhanced security. If the screen is inactive for 5 minutes, it automatically logs you out from Corporate Internet Banking platform.

          Additionally, the Secure Access image and caption also adds to security salience while logging in to the Bandhan Bank Corporate Internet Banking platform.
        • How can I personally enhance security of my online banking experience?

          • Always ensure your PC is updated with the latest anti-virus and operating system patches.
          • Install a personal firewall and anti-spyware to protect your PC from internet attacks.
          • Periodically change your online banking passwords, preferably every month.
          • Review credit card and bank statements regularly and report any irregularities to the Bank.

      • How can a Corporate Maker log on the CIB portal?


        • Step 1:   Type Bandhan Bank's Corporate Internet Banking web address https://bandhanbankonline.com/Corporate/ in the address bar of the browser and press “Enter".The CIB login page of Bandhan Bank will open.

        • Step 2:   Your Corporate Internet Banking (CIB) credentials (Corporate ID, Net banking ID and Current Login Password and Authorisation password) have been sent to your registered email ID sent from internetbanking@bandhanbank.com. In case you have not received the login credentials in your inbox, check the spam box for same. Alternatively, contact your nearest Bandhan Bank branch or your relationship manager to inquire/apply for Corporate Net banking credentials.

          How can a Corporate Checker login first time on the CIB portal?


          • Step 1:   Enter the concerned Corporate ID and Net banking ID received on your registered email ID on the CIB login page and click on “Submit” button.
          • Step 2:   On successful validation of your Corporate ID and Net banking ID, you will be directed to the Password Setting page. Enter the Current Login Password (received on your email) and enter a New Login Password. Following which, press the "Submit" button.

        • Step 1: In the pre-login screen, click on the ‘Forgot Password’ hyperlink. You will be directed to the CIB - Reset Password page.

        • Step 2: Enter your Corporate ID, Net banking ID/User ID, Registered email ID and Registered Mobile Number and click on the “Password Reset” button.
        • Step 3: Upon validation, a ‘Password Reset’ link will be forwarded to your registered email ID.
        • Step 4: Log in to your registered mail ID and open the ‘Password Reset’ mail (look for the email in spam folder if not in Inbox) and click on the password reset URL provided in it.
        • Step 5: The URL will direct you to the “Password Reset” page and you will also receive an OTP on your registered mobile number.
        • Step 6: In the password reset link, enter the CAPTCHA and OTP received on your mobile number and click on the “Submit” button. On successful validation of CAPTCHA and OTP, you will be directed to the “Reset Password” page.
        • Step 7:On the “‘Reset Password”’ page enter new login password and click on the “Submit” page.

      • How can I search for a Payee in the CIB portal?

        • Step 1: After logging on to the CIB platform, click on the “Transfers Tab” and under “Manage Beneficiary” click on “Payee Maintenance”.

        • Step 2: click on the type of transfer box and select the type of funds transfer and click on the “Payee Search” button.
        • Step 3: Depending on the type of fund transfer you choose, the corresponding list of payees will be shown. You can now select a particular record and as desired, click on either viewing or editing or deleting a payee option.


          How can I view payee details?


          Once you select a record and click the “View” button, then you will be directed to a page containing the details of the payee.

          How can I edit Payee details?

          • Step 1: Once you select a record and click the “Edit” button, you will be directed to a page containing the details of the payee, where desired changes in payee details can be made.

          • Step 2: Once the desired changes are done, click on the “Submit” button. You will be directed to “Payee Information- Conformation” page as shown below. Verify payee details and then click on “Confirm” button to save the changes in the payee details.

          How will I delete a Payee?

          • Step 1: Once you select a record and click the “Delete” button, then you will be directed to a page containing the details of the payee.
          • Step 2: To delete the Payee click on the “Confirm” button.

          • Step 3: After successful deletion of the payee, you will be able to see a success message.

        How can a maker initiate Add Payee request?


        This feature enables a Corporate Maker begin the process of adding a beneficiary.

        • Step 1: After logging in to the CIB platform, click on the “Transfers Tab” and under “Manage Beneficiary” click on “Payee Maintenance”.

        • Step 2:From the “Payee Type” dropdown menu select either ‘Bandhan Bank Account/TPT’ or ‘Another Bank Account/RTGS/NEFT’ and click on “Add Payee” button.



          How can I add Payee for within Bank transfer?

          • Step 1: From the “Payee Type” dropdown, select ‘Bandhan Bank Account/TPT’ and press “Add Payee” button. You will be directed to the next screen. Enter the details of the payee in the given section.
            • Payee Nickname (Mandatory):Enter payees nickname
            • Payee Name (Mandatory):Enter payees name
            • Account Number (Mandatory):Enter the payees account number
            • Confirm Account Number (Mandatory):Re-enter account number
            • Bank Name (Mandatory)
            • Payment details – note for self (Optional)



          • Step 2: After filling the payee details, click on the “Submit” button. You will be navigated to the “Verification” page where details of payee will be displayed for your verification purpose. Click on “Confirm” to initiate the payee addition or else click the “Cancel” button.

          • Step 3: After successful addition, you will be navigated to the “Addition confirmation” screen.

        How can I add Payee for another bank fund transfer?

        • Step 1: From the payee type dropdown menu, select ‘Another Bank Account/RTGS/NEFT/IMPS’, and press ‘Add Payee’ button. You will be directed to the next screen enter the details of the payee therein.

          • Payee Nickname (Mandatory): Enter payees nickname
          • Payee Name (Mandatory): Enter payees Name
          • Account Number (Mandatory): Enter the payees account number
          • Confirm Account Number (Mandatory): Re-enter account number
          • Payment Type – NEFT or RTGS (Mandatory): Select type of payment
          • IFSC code (Mandatory) - Enter IFSC code or else click on ‘Look Up’ button to search for IFSC code.


          • Beneficiary Bank Name: On selection of IFSC code, Beneficiary Bank name will be auto populated
          • Beneficiary Bank Branch Name: On selection of IFSC code, Beneficiary Bank branch name will be auto populated.
          • Beneficiary Account Type: From the drop down, select the type of account the payee holds

        • Step 2: Once the details have been filled in, click on “Submit” button, you will be directed to “Verification” page:

        • Step 3: Upon verification of the details, click “Confirm” to go ahead with Payee addition or else you can click on “Cancel” to truncate the transaction. On clicking “Confirm” button you will be directed to a “Confirmation success” page.

      • How can a Corporate Checker authorize add payee request?


        This feature enables the corporate checker to authorize or reject the “Add payee” request initiated by the maker.
        After logging in to the CIB platform, click on the “Transfers” tab and under “Manage Beneficiary” click on “Authorize” tab. You will be directed to a page, listing all the addition payee requests pending at your end



        How will I authorize add payee request?


        Select a record and click on “Authorise” button. You will be navigated to next page containing details of the selected record. Enter the “Authorization Password” and click on “Confirm” button to complete the addition request.

        On clicking the “Confirm” button, you will be directed to a “Success” page.


        How can a Corporate Checker reject Add payee request?


        Select a record and click on “Rejection” button. You will be navigated to the next page containing details of the selected record.

        Enter the “Rejection reason” and enter the “Password”. Following which click on “Reject” button.

        Once the payee request is rejected successfully, you will get a confirmation message on screen.

      • How can a Maker initiate a fund transfer request?

        • Step 1:Log in to the CIB platform. Click on the , “Transfers Tab” and click on “Transfers”.

        • Step 2:Select the payment type the dropdown menu of “Select the Payment Transfer Type”.

        How can a Maker initiate transfer request to own Account?


        To transfer funds between own accounts of Bandhan Bank select the “Within own account” option, You will be directed to the transfer instruction page – where you need to enter transfer related details.


        • The below details need to be filled:
          • Company Id: Select company name from dropdown.
          • Template ID: If template is already created, you can select template id from dropdown menu or leave blank
          • Source account number: Mention the account from which the amount will be debited
          • To Account number: Mention the account number to be credited
          • Narration: Enter narration/remarks in the input box
          • Amount: Enter the amount to be transferred
          • Make Payment: You can do instant transfer by selecting the "Now" radio button or can schedule it for a later date. On clicking "Schedule" later, you will be prompted to enter a future date.

        Once the details are filled, click on the Submit button; you will be navigated to next page containing all the details of the transaction.

        Click on the “Confirm” button to complete the transfer initiation. You will be directed to a page prompting “Fund Transfer request has been initiated for authorization”

        How can I transfer to third party accounts?


        To transfer funds between other accounts of Bandhan Bank select the “Third Party Transfer” option. You will be directed to the transfer instruction page – therein enter transfer related details.


        • You need to fill the following details
          • Company ID – Company Name: Enter Company name from dropdown.
          • Template ID: Enter template id from the dropdown menu;, it is an optional field. If you select Template ID, the Source Account Number and Beneficiary name will be self-populated.
          • Source Account Number: Enter the source account number from which money has to be transferred.
          • Beneficiary Name: Enter the Beneficiary Name to whom fund has to be transferred.
          • Narration: Enter narration/remarks in the input box.
          • Amount: Enter the amount to be transferred.
          • Make Payment: Instant transfer can be done by clicking the “Now radio button" or can be scheduled it for a later date. On clicking “Schedule later”, you will be prompted to enter a future date.

        Click on the Submit button; you will be navigated to the next page containing all the details of the transaction. On confirming the details your transaction will be initiated; which needs to be authorized by the Maker.


        How can I execute a RTGS/NEFT Transfer?


        To transfer funds between other Bank Accounts select the “NEFT/RTGS/IMPS” option. You will be directed to the transfer instruction page – where you need to enter transfer related details.


        • You need to fill the following details
          • Company ID – Company Name: Enter Company name from dropdown.
          • Payment Type: Select the payment type you want to make
          • Template ID: Enter template id from the dropdown menu, it is an optional field. If you select Template ID then Source Account Number and Beneficiary name, Beneficiary Bank IFSC, Beneficiary Account Number will be self-populated
          • Source Account Number: Select the source account number from which money has to be transferred
          • Beneficiary Name: Select the Beneficiary Name to whom fund has to be transferred
          • Narration: Enter narration/remarks in the input box
          • Amount: Enter the amount to be transferred
          • Make Payment: You can do instant transfer by clicking the “Now radio button" or can schedule it for a later date. On clicking “Schedule later”, you will be prompted to enter a future date

        Click on the Submit button; you will be navigated to next page containing all the details of the transaction. On confirming the details your transaction will be initiated; which needs to be authorized by the Maker.


        How can a Checker authorize a fund transfer request?


        This feature lets a Checker to authorize single fund transfer transactions initiated by a Maker.

        • Step 1:Post logging in to the CIB platform, click on the “Transfers Tab” and under the “Authorise” section click on “Transfers” tab.

        • Step 2:Select the authorization type as ‘Screen Payments’ from the dropdown menu.
        • Step 3:Select the company id from the dropdown menu.
        • Step 4:Select the date range to filter out the transfer request sent during a period.
        • Step 5:Select the transaction status from the dropdown menu.
        • Step 6:Select the payment type from the dropdown menu.
        • Step 7:Click on Submit button and you will be directed to “Summary” page where transaction pending for authorization during a period will be displayed

        • Step 8:Select a transfer request and proceed with either authorizing or rejecting the request by clicking on "Authorise" or “Reject” button.
        • Step 9:If you click on the Authorize button, an OTP will be sent to your mobile number. Input the OTP and click on Submit button.
        • Step 10:Once OTP is validated enter the Authorization Password and click on submit button to authorize the transaction. On successful validation fund transfer process will be completed.

        • Step 11:If you click on the Reject button, then you be prompted to enter the rejection reason and post entering the rejection reason click on the “Submit” button to reject the transfer request.

      • Bulk payment process


        1. How can a Maker initiate bulk fund transfer request?

        • Step 1: Log on to the CIB platform. Click on the “Transfers” tab and click on “Bulk Upload” tab.
        • Step 2: Fill the fields according to the instruction given below:
          • Company: Select the Company name from the dropdown menu
          • Source Account Number: Select the account from which the amount will be debited. The same account number should be mentioned in the bulk payment excel file in the column “Source account number”.
          • Activation Date: Select today’s date
          • Currency: By default, “INR” will be shown
          • Narration: Write remarks regarding the transaction
          • Attach file: Click on “Choose file” to browse and upload bulk file. ( click here for bulk file filling instruction and click here to download sample bulk payment excel file.)
        • Step 3: Once bulk file is uploaded successfully, click on “Submit” button and a success message will be displayed on the screen.

        2. How can a Checker authorise bulk fund transfer request?

        • Step 1: Log on to the CIB platform. Click on the “Transfers” tab, then click on “Authorise” followed by the “Transfers” tab again.
        • Step 2: Fill the fields according to the instruction given below:
          • Authorisation Type: Select “File upload” from the dropdown menu
          • File Type: Select “Bulk upload” from the dropdown menu
          • Corporate ID: Select the Company ID
          • Value Date from: Select the date from which you want to view the bulk payment authorisation request
          • Value Date to: Select the date till when you want to view the bulk payment authorisation request
          • Transaction Status: Select “Pending first authorisation” from the dropdown menu
          • Payment Type (optional): Select “All transfer types” from the dropdown menu
          • Upload File Name (optional): Enter the bulk payment excel file name here
        • Once the details are filled, click on the Submit button. Then you will be navigated to next page containing the list of all the bulk payment requests pending for authorisation.

        • Step 3: Select a record and click on “Authorise” button. Then an OTP will be sent on the registered mobile number of the user.
        • Step 4: On successful validation of the OTP, you will be asked to enter the “Authorisation Password” for completing the bulk payment request.
        • Step 5: On clicking the “Submit” button, a message “Your request is taken for processing. Please check after some time” will be displayed. This implies that authorisation is successful.

        3. How to name the bulk payment excel file?


        • Step 1: If Corporate ID of the customer is "TESTCIB01" & the file is prepared on (February 20, 2019), then the file name should be "TESTCIB01_20FEB2019.xls". (Month in upper case)
        • Step 2: In case more than one file needs to be uploaded on the same day, then the file name should be:
          • For 1st bulk file – TESTCIB01_20FEB2019_01.xls (Month in upper case)
          • For 2nd bulk file TESTCIB01_20FEB2019_02.xls and so on for other files that has to be uploaded on the same day. (Month in upper case)

          1. File should be .xls or in / .xlsx format only
          2. Please ensure that the format of the cells in bulk payment excel are in “text” format only.

        5. How to check the transaction status of bulk payment?

        • Step 1: You can check the status of bulk payment under the “Transfers” tab in the “Payment History” section.
        • Step 2: Fill the fields according to the instruction given below:
          • Company ID – Company Name: Select “Company ID” from the dropdown menu
          • Account Number: Select the debit account number from the dropdown menu
          • Transfer Type: Select “All Transfer types” from the dropdown menu
          • Status: Select “ALL STATUS” from the dropdown menu
          • Payee Name/Account (optional): Leave it blank
          • From Amount (optional): Enter the minimum amount for which you want to see the transaction history
          • To Amount (optional): Enter the maximum amount up to which you want to see the transaction history

          • Transaction Status: Select “Pending first authorisation” from the dropdown menu

        • Step 3: Select a record and click on “Authorise” button. Then an OTP will be sent on the registered mobile number of the user.
      • How can a Maker initiate opening of Fixed Deposit?


        • Step 1:Log in to the CIB platform. Click on the ‘Deposits’ tab and then on ‘Open Fixed Deposit’ Tab.

        • Step 2:In the “Open term deposit” enter the details of the Fixed deposit of your choice

          Fill the following details:
          • Deposit Type: Select type of fixed deposit you want to open.
          • Company Id – Company Name: Select Company name
          • Source Account Number: Select Source account number from where amount will be debited
          • Available Balance: Displays available balance of account selected in ‘Source Account Number’ field
          • Interest Payout Plan: Select interest payout plan
          • Amount: Input amount for which you want to open fixed deposit
          • Period in months: Enter tenure in months. If Months, is selected then “Period in days” field will be disabled (Minimum period is 6 Months and Maximum period is 120 Months)
          • Period in days: If month is not selected then enter tenure of Fixed Deposit in months. (Minimum period 180 days and Maximum period 3650 days)
          • Principal Payout Instruction: From the dropdown menu, select “Credit to Account” if you want amount to be credited to your account on maturity of FD or select “Auto Renew” option to automatically create a new Fixed Deposit.
        • Step 3:Click on the “Submit Button”. All FD details, along with FD Interest Percentage, Maturity Amount and Maturity Date will be displayed.


        • Step 4:Click on Confirm button to go ahead with FD initiation process, . The confirmation message will appear on the screen; alternatively, click on “Cancel” button to reject FD initiation process.


          How can a Corporate Checker authorize FD opening request?


          • Step 1:Log in to the CIB platform, click on ‘Deposits’ tab and then click on “Authorise” Tab.

          • Step 2:Enter Company Name; Account Number; Transaction Type; From Date and to Date and click on “Submit” button

          • Step 3:You will be able to see all the records pending for authorization (based on filter conditions)

          • Step 4:To Authorize or Reject a FD opening request, select desired record and click on “Authorise” or “Reject” button.

          • Step 5:If you have clicked on the Authorize tab then FD will be opened and a message displaying the same will be shown on the screen.

          How can a Corporate Maker Initiate Fixed Deposit closure request?


          • Step 1: Log in to the CIB platform. Click on the ‘Deposits’ tab and then click on "Deposit Foreclosure” Tab.

          • Step 2: Select Company ID - Company Name All fixed deposits opened through internet banking would be displayed on the screen.

          • Step 3: Select a record and click on ‘Close Deposit’ button.
          • Step 4: Select the account to which deposit amount has to be credited.

          • Step 5: Particulars of the FD which will be closed, will be displayed, like maturity amount,credit account number etc.

          • Step 6: Click on the “Confirm” buttom to initiate deposit foreclosure. A message will be displayed mentioning the “Deposit Foreclosure has been initiated. Authoriser to approve this deposit foreclosure”.

        How can a Corporate Checker authorize Deposit Foreclosure?

        • Step 1:Log in to the CIB portal and under Deposits tab click on “Authorise Tab”.

        • Step 2: Enter Company Name; Account Number; Transaction Type; From Date and To Date and click on “Submit” button to see all the records pending for authorisation (based on filter conditions)

        • Step 3: Select a record and click on “Authorise” button to approve and close a Deposit foreclosure request successfully.

      • How can I check on the status of an Issued Cheque?


        This feature enables the Maker of Corporate to check the status of the Issued Cheque.


        • Step 1:Log in to the CIB platform. Click on the “Request Tab” and then on “Cheque Status Inquiry”.

        • Step 2:Select the Account Number and the range of Cheque Number you want to inquire about
        • Step 3:Click on "Submit" button to see the status of the Cheque requested

        How can I check the status of my Cheque related service requests?


        • Step 1:Log in to the CIB platform, Click on the “Request” Tab and then on the “Service Request Status” Tab.

        • Once you click on the menu, the screen will display the details of the service request raised with its current status.

        How can a Corporate Maker initiate Issued Cheque Stop Request?

        • Step 1:Log in to the CIB platform. Go to the “Requests” Tab and then click on the ”Stop Cheque Request”

        • Step 2:Select the account number from the dropdown menu and select whether you want to stop a single Cheque or a range of Cheques
        • Step 3:Based on the above selection, you have to enter the Cheque number(s) and enter the reason for stopping the Cheque in the input box.
        • Step 4:On clicking the "Submit" button, all details will be visible for validation purpose.

        • Step 5:On clicking Confirm button, a prompt message will be shown on screen “Request raised and pending for authorization”.

        • Step 6:To authorize the ‘Stop Cheque’ request, Log in with Corporate Checker credentials
        • Step 7:Click on the CIB portal and then click on “Request Section” and then on "Authorise" tab.

        • Step 8:To authorize a Stop Cheque Request enter the following details:
          • Company ID- Company Name: Select Company ID from the dropdown menu
          • Account Number: Select Accont number from the dropdown menu
          • Request Type: Select Stop Cheque Request from the dropdown menu
          • From and To Date: Enter date range for which you want to authorize “Stop Cheque Requests”
        • Step 9:Click Submit button, and you will be able to see “Service request Authorisation” page. Select a record and click on Authorise button to approve and Reject button to reject request.

        • Step 10:On clicking ‘Authorise’ button, an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and the transaction authorisation password to complete the ‘Stop Cheque’ request.

        How can a Corporate request for a Cheque book?

        • Step 1:Log in to the CIB platform. , Go to “Requests” Tab and then click on ”Cheque book Request” tab.

        • Step 2:Select Account number against which Cheque Book has to be issued. Enter the number of Cheque books required and the number of leaves per Cheque book. Next, click on “submit” button.

        • Step 3:All the details will be displayed for validation. If details are right, click on the “Confirm” button and you will be able to see a prompt on the screen stating “request raised and pending for authorization”.

        • Step 4:Log in to the CIB portal and then click on the "Request" Section and then on "Authorize" tab.

        • Step 5:To authorize a Stop Cheque Request fill in the below details:
          • Company ID- Company Name: Select the Company ID from the dropdown menu
          • Account Number: Select the Accont number from the dropdown menu
          • Request Type: Select “Cheque Book Request” from the dropdown menu
          • From and To Date: Enter the date range for which you want to authorize “Cheque Book Requests”
        • Step 6:Clicking Submit button you will be directed to “Service request Authorization”, Select the record and click on authorize button to approve and Reject button to reject request
        • Step 7:On clicking 'Authorize’ button, you have to Enter OTP sent on your registered mobile number followed by transaction authorization password..
        • Step 8:On successful validation of OTP and Authorization password, the Stop cheque request will be approved.
      • To make repetitive funds transfer convenient and easy, you can now define a template containing all the prerequisite information required for making a fund transfer. At time of funds transfer you only have to enter the template ID and amount to make a transaction.



        How can a Corporate Maker create new funds transfer template?

        • Step 1:Log in to the CIB platform. Click on the “Transfers Tab” and Under “Manage Template” click on New Template.

        • Step 2:Click on the Type of Transfer box and select the type of funds transfer and click on the “‘Submit”’ button.
        • Step 3:Depending on the type of fund transfer, follow the below steps:
          1. If Type of Transfer chosen by you is “Within my Account” (funds transfer between own company accounts) then you will be directed to the below given page. enter the following details in the given page.
            • Company ID: Select Company ID from the dropdown menu
            • From account number: Select account from money will be debited from the dropdown menu.
            • Beneficiary Account Number: Select beneficiary account number from the dropdown menu.
            • Template ID: Enter template Id as per your choice.
            • Template Description: Enter template description as per your choice.
          2. Once details have been filled in. click on the “Submit button”. A confirmation containing all details will be shown. If all details are correct, click on the “Confirm” button to create template or click “Back” button to make changes in the template.

          3. If Type of Transfer chosen by you is “Third Party Transfer” (funds transfer between Bandhan Bank Accounts) then you will be directed to the below given page. Enter the below details in the given page.
            • Company ID: Select Company ID from the dropdown menu
            • From account number: Select account from money will be debited from the dropdown menu.
            • Within Bandhan Bank Payee Name: Select beneficiary account number from the dropdown menu.
            • Template ID: Enter template Id as per your choice.
            • Template Description: Enter template description as per your choice.
          4. Once all the details have been filled in, click on the “Submit button”. A confirmation page containing all details will be shown. If all details are correct click on the “Confirm” button to create template or click “Back” button to make changes in the template.

          5. If Type of Transfer chosen by you is “NEFT/RTGS/IMPS" (funds transfer to other Bank accounts) then you will be directed to the below given page. Enter the below details in the given page:.
            • Company ID: Select Company ID from the dropdown menu
            • From account number: Select account from money will be debited from the dropdown menu.
            • Transfer Type: Select the mode of transfer
            • Beneficiary Name: Select Beneficiary Name from the dropdown menu..
            • Template ID: Enter template Id as per your choice
            • Template Description: Enter template description as per your choice

          6. Once the details have been filled in, click on the “Submit button”. A confirmation page containing all details will be displayed. If all details are correct click on the “Confirm” button to create template or click “Back” button to make changes in the template.

        How can a Corporate Maker edit funds transfer template?


        • Step 1:Log into the CIB platform. Click on the “Transfers Tab” and Under “Manage Template” click on Edit Template.

        • Step 2:Click on the Type of Transfer box and select the type of funds transfer and click on the “Submit” button.
        • Step 3:Based on the type of transfer you will be directed to the next page where all the templates of the selected transfer type will be displayed.

        • Step 4:Select the template you want to edit and click on the “Submit" Button. You will be navigated to next page where you can make desired changes to the selected template.

        • Step 5:After changing details, click on the “Submit button”. A confirmation containing all details will be displayed. If all details are correct click on the “Confirm” button to edit template or click “Back” button to make changes again in the template.

        How can a Corporate Maker delete a funds transfer template?


        • Step 1:Log in to the CIB platform. Click on the “Transfers Tab” and Under “Manage Template” click on “Delete Template”.

        • Step 2:Click on the Type of Transfer box and select the type of funds transfer and click on the “Submit”
        • Step 3:Based on the type of transfer you will be directed to the next page where all the templates of the selected transfer type will be displayed

        • Step 4:Select the template you want to delete and click on the the “Delete Button”. You will be directed to a page containing details of the selected template

        • Step 5:To delete the template, click on the “Confirm” button. You will be navigated to final screen where success message of template deletion will be displayed.

      • How can I check summary of my accounts?

        • Step 1:Log in to the CIB platform and click on the “Accounts” tab. Under “Account Activity” click on “Account Summary”

        • Step 2:Select the company name for which you want to view the account summary and click on ‘Submit’ button.
        • Step 3:All the accounts of the selected company will be displayed.

        How can I view Account Details?

        • Step 1:Log in to the CIB platform and then click on the “Accounts” tab. Next, click on “Account Details”

        • Step 2:Select company ID from dropdown.
        • Step 3:Select Account Number from dropdown and click on Submit button. Details of selected account will be displayed on screen.

        How can I download detailed account statements?

        This feature enables you to view and download detailed account statements based on search criteria.

        • Step 1:Log in to the CIB platform and then click on the “Accounts” tab and the under “Account Activity” click on “Detailed statement”

        • Step 2: Select the Company from the dropdown menu
        • Step 3: Select the Account Number from the dropdown menu.
        • Step 4: Set range using ‘From Date’ and ‘To Date’ to view account statement for that period
        • Step 5: Click on Submit button to generate statement. You can view and download detailed statement in xls, pdf and csv format
        • Please note: Only Latest 100 transactions are made available for view / print and Download option.


          In case of all the transactions within a selected date range, click on the “Detailed Statement Request button”.


          “Detailed Account Statement will be sent to your registered E-Mail ID. Please check your mailbox after 15 minutes for the document.

        How can I view and download Mini Statement?

        This feature enables you to view and download mini statements for concerned accounts.

        • Step 1: Log in to the CIB platform and then click on the “Accounts” tab and under “Account Activity” click on “Mini statement”

        • Step 2:Select Company from the dropdown menu.
        • Step 3:Select Account Number from the dropdown menu.
        • Step 4:Click on Submit button and the transactions will be listed on the screen .
        • Step 5:You can download the mini statement in xls, pdf and csv format by clicking on the respective icons.

        How can I view Fixed Deposit summary?

        • Step 1: Log in to the CIB platform and click on the “Accounts” tab and the under “Account Activity” click on “Detailed statement”

        • Step 2:Select Company ID from the dropdown menu and click on "Submit" button. List of all Fixed Deposits under the Company Id will be displayed on screen.

        • Step 3:To view details of Fixed Deposits click on the Fixed Deposit Number

        How can I view Loan Summary?

        • Step 1: Log in to the CIB platform and then click on “Loans” tab and then click on “Loans Summary”.

        • Step 2:Select the Company ID from the dropdown menu and press "Submit" button. List of all loans under the Company Id will be displayed on the screen.

      • How can I change Secure Image and personalized text?


        This feature enables you to change the secure image and personalized text.

        • Step 1:After logging in to the CIB platform and click on the ‘Change Image” tab.

        • Step 2:You will be able to see the below page where one can change the “Secret Answer and Image”
        • Step 3:Enter secret answer field with a text of your choice.
        • Step 4:Select a category of images from the dropdown “Select Secure Image Category”
        • Step 5:Select desired image and click on Submit button. Next log in onwards, the chosen Image and Caption will appear on the login page
