Debit Card Features - mBandhan & Internet Banking

1. Register on mBandhan app using Debit Card

• Install mBandhan App
• Enter CIF ID or Account Number
• Select “Debit Card” and click “Next”
• Verify mobile number by sending the auto-generated SMS
• Enter Debit card details (Card No, PIN, Expiry date) to proceed
• Set Log in & Transaction PIN
• Set secret questions & answers
• Registration is successful

 

2. Forgot Login & Transaction PIN

• Open mBandhan App
• Click “Forgot PIN”
• Select “Debit Card”
• Enter “Debit Card” (Card Number, Expiry date, ATM PIN) details to proceed
• Click on “Change Login PIN” or “Change Transaction PIN” as required
• Enter & reconfirm new 6 digit Log in PIN or 6 digit Transaction PIN
• Click on Submit

 

3. Regenerate ATM PIN

• Log in to mBandhan
• Click on “Services”
• Click on “Regenerate ATM PIN”
• Enter Debit Card Number, Expiry Month, Expiry Year and click on “Next”
• Enter & confirm the ATM PIN & provide Transaction PIN and click “Submit”
• The PIN will be reset subject to verification of Debit Card credentials

 

4. Debit Card Services

• Log in to mBandhan
• Click on “Cards” and select the card
• Click on “Debit Card Services”
• Tap on radio buttons to enable or disable across below services:
  • Domestic/ International ATM
  • Domestic/ International POS
  • Domestic/ International E-Com
  • Domestic/ International Contactless
• Set Present limit within the stated Maximum Limit and click on “Submit”
• Enter Transaction Pin and click “Submit”
• The transaction limit will be updated as provided

You can also use your Bandhan Bank Debit Card for various payment purpose.

1. Register on Internet Banking using Debit Card

• Visit Bandhan Bank website and click on “Login” followed by “Internet Banking”
• Click on “New User Sign Up”
• Enable the mandatory requirement buttons and click on “Submit”
• Select “With Debit Card & ATM PIN”
• Enter CIF ID, Date of Birth, Debit Card Number, Expiry date, ATM PIN & Captcha
• Authenticate OTP sent on your registered mobile number
• Select an available “User ID” and set Login & Transaction Password
• Internet Banking registration is successful

 

2. Retrieve User ID

• Visit Bandhan Bank website and click on “Login” followed by “Internet Banking”
• Click on “Forgot User ID”
• Select “With Debit Card & ATM PIN”
• Enter CIF ID, Date of Birth, Debit Card Number, Expiry date, ATM PIN & Captcha
• Authenticate OTP sent on your registered mobile number
• User ID will be displayed on the screen

 

3. Forgot Login & Transaction Password

• Visit Bandhan Bank website and click on “Login” followed by “Internet Banking”
• Enter User ID and click “Continue”
• Click on “Forgot Password”
• Select “With Debit Card & ATM PIN”
• Enter CIF ID, Date of Birth, Debit Card Number, Expiry date, ATM PIN & Captcha
• Authenticate OTP sent on your registered mobile number
• Set & reconfirm new log in or Transaction Password
• Password reset is successful

 

4. Regenerate ATM PIN

• Visit Bandhan Bank website and click on “Login” followed by “Internet Banking”
• Log in using User ID, Login Password & Secure access details
• Click on “My Services” followed by “Debit Card Services”
• Click on “Re-generate ATM PIN”
• Enter Card details and Transaction Password
• Enter OTP sent to your registered mobile
• Enter & reconfirm new ATM PIN
• ATM PIN regeneration is successful

 

5. Debit Card Services

• Visit Bandhan Bank website and click on “Login” followed by “Internet Banking” 
• Log in using the User ID, Login Password & Secure access details
• Click on “My Services” followed by “Debit Card Services”
• Click on “Spend Control features” and select the Debit Card
• Tap on radio buttons to enable or disable across the below services:
  • Domestic/ International ATM
  • Domestic/ International POS
  • Domestic/ International E-Com
  • Domestic/ International Contactless
• Set Present limit within the stated Maximum Limit and click on “Submit”
• Enter Transaction Password and click “Submit”
• Authenticate OTP sent on your registered mobile number
• The transaction limit will be updated as provided

You can also use your Bandhan Bank Debit Card for various payment purposes.
