Activation of Inoperative / Dormant Accounts
  • Customers can visit the nearest branch of the Bank with a request letter (Annexure) explaining the reasons for the account remaining dormant and why he/she wants to revive the operations in the said account.

  • Submit valid proof of identity and address along with the request letter (Annexure). Upon verification and validation of the documents, additional documentation may be requested, if necessary. Once the verification process is complete, the Bank will proceed with activating the account and enabling transactions.

  • There shall not be any charge for activation of inoperative/dormant account.
