Ms Sen brings over 28 years of experience in diverse roles within the BFSI sector. As one of the core team members responsible for establishing the Bank, she played a crucial role in setting up the Financial Inclusion Vertical including drives the Priority Sector Lending agenda of the Bank. She has also been instrumental in developing and expanding the Financial Institution Lending Business within the Bank. Her experience spans multiple functional disciplines, including Financial Inclusion, Corporate Planning & Strategy, Organisational Transformation, Investor Relations, Institutional Lending, and Resource Mobilisation, Equity raising, Prior to joining the Bank, she worked with partner NGO organisations of CARE, an international NGO, in West Bengal.
Ms Sen holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Calcutta and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB) from IIBF, specialising in Rural Banking. Additionally, she holds a Diploma in Business Administration with a specialisation in Finance Management from Symbiosis, Pune, and is also a Certified Credit Professional from the Indian Institute of Banking & Finance.
