Ms. Sen leads the Financial Institution Group and possesses over 25 years of experience in diverse roles within the BFSI sector. She was one of the core team members responsible for setting up the Bank and played a crucial role in establishing the Financial Inclusion Vertical. Her experience spans various functional disciplines such as Financial Inclusion, Micro Credit Lending, Corporate Planning & Strategy, Organisational Transformation, Investor Relationship, Institutional Lending, and much more. Prior to joining the Bank, she worked with Sreema Mahila Samity, a reputed NGO in West Bengal.
Ms. Sen holds a Master's Degree in Commerce from the University of Calcutta and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB) from IIBF. Additionally, she has pursued a Diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis, Pune.
