Mr Das brings with him over 30 years of extensive expertise in IT and banking, having held strategic leadership roles at reputed organisations, including Axis Bank, Tata Consultancy Services, Siemens Nixdorf Information Systems Ltd, and Tata Elxsi. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President & Country Head – Government & Institution Business at Axis Bank. He has a proven track record in business acquisition, P&L management, driving digital convergence, and leading digital transformation initiatives.
