Record Date for Subdivision of Shares
This is to inform that the Company has fixed Wednesday, July 25, 2012 as the Record Date for the purpose of sub division of the nominal face value of the equity shares of 10 each into 5 (five) equity shares of nominal face value of 2 each.
The Company has accordingly informed the Stock Exchanges in the matter.
